Cwrs mynediad on iPad

Postby youngblandford » Tue Feb 21, 2012 9:02 pm

I've seen the cwrs mynediad available for iPhones and iPads, but at £7 for just the first 10 units ad £5 fir each next set I'm wondering if it's worth getting. Has anyone tried this app? I'm thinking that it might be a bit basic for me.

I don't know much about apps and ipads etc. (my phone and I are not smart  ) but I do have the Mynediad coursebook and CDs (southern version) and the first lessons are VERY basic. However the first Mynediad lessons (southern version) have been used in the Open University welsh course and are available as a free "taster" here http://openlearn.open.ac.uk/mod/ouconte ... &section=2 I haven't been through all of them but they seem to be the exact same tracks copied from the Mynediad CDs so will give you an idea of what to expect from a Mynediad app before you part with any cash

As Gwenynen says check it out but I think you'll find that it is exactly the Mynediad course (I am doing it at evening class) I think if you've already done SSiW course, you will be further advanced that this. The only thing is of course - you see it written out and explained, where as SSiW (as is always pointed out) is listen and repeat.
